Responsibilities:

Interactwith current and prospective business customers in a professionaland friendly manner, addressing inquiries, providing informationabout our clients products/services, and offering assistance toensure their needs are met. Facilitate sales presentations tocustomers with the goal of enrolling them in our clients availableservices. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, concerns, orchallenges promptly, escalating complex problems to appropriateteam members when necessary. Develop a deep understanding of ourproducts and services to effectively communicate their features andbenefits to clients, aiding in upselling and cross-sellingopportunities. Maintain accurate and detailed records of clientinteractions, inquiries, feedback, and resolutions in our CRMsystem. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunitiesfor upselling and cross-selling based on client interactions andneeds.
