$20.25 – $22.00 West Central Electric Cooperative (WCE) is seeking a Member Service Representative (MSR) for our Oak Grove office. About the Role As an MSR, you’ll provide prompt, courteous service to WCE’s member-owners, handling inquiries related to:

• Billing, payments, rates, and electric usage
• Payment arrangements, capital credits, and account changes
• Service orders for new connections, disconnections, upgrades, and repairs Key Qualities We’re Seeking
• Strong attention to detail — accuracy is critical in this role
• Ability to work independently and stay focused while working alone in the office
• Skilled multitasker — you’ll be answering phones, assisting walk-in members, and processing applications simultaneously

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of general office experience
