Salary Range:

Interest in a long-term career in insurance, sales, or financial services. No prior experience necessary we will train the right candidate. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to study for and pass insurance licensing exams (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health). Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn. Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Responsibilities Learn and understand the core products and services offered, including auto, home, life, and business insurance. Assist with marketing efforts, lead generation, and client outreach. Support licensed agents in conducting client appointments, coverage reviews, and policy servicing. Participate in on-the-job training sessions covering sales techniques, customer service, and compliance. Shadow experienced team members to gain insight into agency workflows and client relationship building. Deliver outstanding customer service and follow-up communication.
