Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly Process payments and basic policy changes Liaise between clients and claims department Maintain detailed and accurate client interaction records New Business Development Quote and process new business Cross-sell insurance products Determine customer needs and match them with the right solutions Client Retention Assist with policy renewals and reviews Prepare personalized coverage recommendations Set and conduct Policy Reviews What We’re Looking For P&C and Life/Health Licenses (must obtain within 6 months) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a structured environment Comfortable with basic math and computer skills High attention to detail and customer-focused mindset Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities Prior customer service experience preferred High school diploma required; college degree preferred Additional Details Must be comfortable working in a climate-controlled office This is a growth-focused role with development milestones from months 0-36 Ready to Make a Difference?
