Customer Service Representative Position Available In St. Charles, Missouri

Job Opportunity:

Service Support Specialist Jr. (Onsite) If you’re someone who thrives on solving problems and helping others, this could be the perfect role for you! As a Service Support Specialist Jr., you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—providing support with billing, payments, portal navigation, and general inquiries in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails related to billing, payments, and portal support.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with accuracy and professionalism.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through solutions with clarity and empathy.
• Perform basic math calculations to resolve billing questions.
• Navigate multiple systems and tools to research and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards while adhering to compliance protocols (SOX, PCI).
• Collaborate with team members and take ownership of customer issues from start to finish.
• Be flexible to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of customer service experience (contact center preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and multi-monitor navigation.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
• A positive, professional attitude with a drive to succeed and grow.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree is a plus.

Bonus Points For:

• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Experience in high-volume service environments.
• Familiarity with customer service in industries like insurance, finance, or healthcare.
