Job Description
As a Customer Account Specialist, you’ll be the vital link between our customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth order-to-invoice processes and top-tier service. You’ll work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics to meet customer needs with precision and professionalism.
What You’ll Do:
+ Manage the full order lifecycle—from entry to invoicing—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. + Handle customer inquiries related to pricing, product availability, and shipment tracking. + Enter and manage orders via EDI, email, and phone using SAP ERP. + Collaborate across departments to resolve service issues and ensure seamless order fulfillment. + Provide essential documentation such as MSDS, Tech Sheets, and Certificates of Analysis. + Support Sales Account Managers with pricing, issue resolution, and customer communications. + Engage with customers to gather forecast requirements and feedback. + Participate in team projects focused on continuous improvement and process optimization.
What You Bring:
+ 3+ years of order management experience in a manufacturing environment or a bachelor’s degree in a related field. + Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce is highly preferred. + Strong communication skills—both written and verbal. + A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving. + A team-first attitude and the ability to work independently when needed. + Solid Microsoft Excel and Word skills.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 – $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
