Job Overview:
This team is integral in managing logistics, warehousing, invoicing, and compliance. Working with the group to endure all tasks are managed efficiently from gathering quotes, coordinating shipments and being a master organizer that pulls together sales, operations vendors, and customers, customers, custom agents and freight forwarders to deliver on successful international trades. Qualifications

Microsoft Excel and Power BI Responsibilities and Duties:
- Coordinate and oversee the transportation of products from vendors to warehousing facilities and customer locations
- Ensure all shipments are scheduled, tracked and delivered on time, addressing any logistical challenges promptly
- Maintain regular communication with vendors to confirm production schedules and shipping details
- Coordinate with warehousing and trading partners to manage inventory levels and ensure storage conditions meet standards.
- Serve as a point of contact with customers, providing updates on shipment statuses and addressing any inquiries or issues
- Strong understanding of international shipping requirements and paper work processing,
- Strong communicator with the ability to manage communications between logistics providers, sales, operations, customers and other domestic vendors.
- Generate, review and process invoices
- Collaborate with finance team to resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records
- Analyze and present reports
- Address and resolve any issues els.
Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Prepare reports using Tableau to present data insights and performance metrics. Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Experience Previous experience in a customer service role within the logistics or transportation industry is preferred. Familiarity with freight operations, distribution center processes, and NVOCC regulations is advantageous. Proficiency in data collection and analysis, with a strong understanding of MRP systems. Experience using Tableau or similar data visualization tools is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
