Customer Service/Returns Catholic Supply of St. Louis, Inc. 6759 Chippewa Street, St. Louis, MO 63109 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers requiring returns and substitutions, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with returns, damages, substitutions, and lost packages. The ideal candidate will possess efficient time management skills, quick decision making, strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner. Assist customers with return process. Resolve issues regarding damaged or lost packages with a positive and solution-oriented approach. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes. International and large truck line confirmations and tracking. Submit damage reports to carriers. Process customer credits. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or client services is preferred. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication. Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate solutions effectively.
