The dispatcher will be the crucial link in ensuring the rapid and safe dispatch of tow trucks to service calls, delivering an exceptional customer experience from our bustling central office and/or virtually.

• Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of incoming service calls, quickly and efficiently dispatching tow trucks to various locations.
• Communicate seamlessly with tow truck drivers, customers, and team members via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Ensure all service calls are managed promptly and effectively in a time-sensitive environment.
• Maintain precise records of all dispatches, including tow truck locations and customer information using our advanced dispatch software.
• Monitor tow truck drivers’ progress to guarantee timely arrivals at service locations, adapting to any changes on the fly.
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients, addressing any complaints or concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Keep the team updated on any schedule changes, traffic delays, or other pertinent information.
• Operate dispatch software and telephones from our vibrant central office.
• Adhere strictly to safety policies and procedures at all times.

• Requirements:

• Exceptional verbal and listening skills.
• Experience in dispatching or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a dynamic workplace.
• Keen attention to detail with proficiency in using dispatch software.
• Proficiency in computer systems including but not limited to QuickBooks.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations with a cool head and quick thinking.
• Reliable transportation to our central office location.
