!!! 4.3 4.3 out of 5 stars Chesterfield, MO 63005 Customer Service Job Summary You’ll be responsible for greeting both pet parents and their furry companions, interacting with the pets when they come in to make Petropolis an exciting place for them to visit, and helping our clients feel secure in their decision to leave their loved ones in our care by providing excellent customer service. You will assist clients by checking their pets in and making sure we have all of their updated information, answering questions about their accounts, setting up appointments and reservations, answering billing questions, and completing transactions. You’ll work closely with our lodging, daycare, grooming, and training staff to make sure our clients receive the quality of care we pride ourselves on. Processing client transactions using our web-based system Scheduling services through our client management software Providing excellent customer service Answering phone calls Safely guiding pets to their appropriate place upon arrival Safely retrieving pets upon departure

Skills & Abilities Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent or higher

Experience:

Two or more years of past customer service experience

Computer Skills:

Proficient keyboard skills

Customer Service:

Able to provide exceptional service

Pet Experience:

Past professional experience working with dogs and cats is preferred

Pay:

Hourly:

$16/hour

Tips:

$1 – $2/hour average

Total:

$17 – $18/hour
