Description :

Processmultiple daily order entry and billing transactions with anextremely high level of detail. Resolve issues. Maintain customeraccounts. Communicate directly with sales force, internaldepartments and clients to pursue and resolve issues related toorders, billings, accounts receivable and returns. Experienceworking with an ERP system (Oracle) helpful Must have experienceusing MS Office Excel and Outlook. High School diploma orequivalent required; prefer Associates Degree or equivalent workexperience Valid drivers license and good driving record 2 yearscustomer or account management experience Demonstrated knowledge ofprinciples and processes for providing customer service. Thisincludes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards forservices, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Demonstratedproblem solving and communication skills Demonstratedorganizational, customer service and follow up skills Demonstratedphone skills; ability to maintain composure in stressful situationsDemonstrated order processing skills Demonstrated accuracy in dataentry and report generation Prefer demonstrated knowledge of themedical implant industry and hospital customer base Must have theability to work beyond standard hours, as needed to support thebusiness needs. Must be able and willing to work successfully in ateam environment.
