As part of our team, you will focus on engaging with customers, offering them discounted tickets and packages to captivating shows and attractions in the Branson, MO area.
Job DutiesCommunicate with customers through inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell discounted vacation packages.
Persuade customers to purchase packages in exchange for attending a tour of the companys resort.
Verify customers qualifications for receiving selected vacation packages and upselling to include additional tickets to enhance their vacation experience.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout each call.
Track and report daily sales and confirmed packages.
RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a call center or sales environment desired but not a requirement.
