Job Description
Customer Service Attendant Wash Me Express 202 E 17th St, Mountain Grove, MO 65711 We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our team. As a Customer Service Attendant, you will be responsible for promoting our Monthly Wash Plans to every customer, every time. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping people save money and enjoys building relationships with the community. Prior sales experience is preferred. This also involves prepping vehicles before the wash (scrubbing bugs and cleaning wheel wells) and ensuring the facilities are well-maintained to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Present our Monthly Wash Plans to every customer, every time. Recommend the wash package that best fits each customer needs. Quickly become knowledgeable about our wash products and packages. Create “Wow” moments for our customers by showing your commitment to outstanding service and hospitality in every interaction. Safely and politely direct customers into the car wash tunnel. Help maintain the property’s appearance and cleanliness by assigned task lists. Efficiently prep and wash cars while maintaining our cleanliness standards. Available to work 20-30 hours a week (can fluctuate due to business needs).
Skills:
Proven experience in customer service or a related field. Strong negotiation and communication skills preferred. Business development mindset with a focus on achieving targets. The ability to connect with customers. Attention to detail and pride in your work. High energy and ability to work outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Technical sales knowledge is a plus. The ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
