B2B Customer Service Representative Position Available In DeSoto, Mississippi

B2B Customer Service Representative Edelbrock Group 8649 Hacks Cross Road, Olive Branch, MS 38654 Edelbrock Group is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused B2B Customer Service Representative to join our team. This full-time, in-person role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in business to business customer service, excellent communication skills, and a proficiency in tools such as Oracle and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with direct accounts via phone and email to answer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally. Collaborate with internal departments—including sales and technical support, returns department- to provide accurate product details, pricing, and estimated delivery timelines (ETAs). Act as a liaison to ensure customer needs are met with high satisfaction. Perform administrative functions such as order entry via internal entry system or B2B portal, credit card billing and maintaining organized records across multiple platforms.

Qualifications:

Experience:

1-3 years of business-to-business customer service experience required 1-2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel required 1-2 years of experience using Oracle preferred

Skills:

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Adobe Acrobat. Excellent multitasking, organization, and prioritization abilities.
