You will assist customers with inquiries, product demonstrations, and sales transactions while ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries. Provide product demonstrations to educate customers on features and benefits. Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner. Maintain knowledge of products and services to effectively sell and promote them. Assist in supervising store operations to ensure a smooth workflow. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Experience Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred. Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is advantageous. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. Ability to engage with customers positively and professionally. Experience in grocery store environments or supervising staff is a plus. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well under pressure.
