Essential Functions Proactively monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management. Efficiently track order progress throughout production and collaborate with various departments for timely processing. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via email and phone, providing exceptional support and timely updates on production. Address and resolve any issues or concerns from customers promptly and effectively. Deliver outstanding customer service consistently, exceeding expectations. Manage customer accounts meticulously, maintaining accurate records of all interactions, including inquiries and complaints. Thrive in a fast-paced work environment, adapting quickly to changing needs. Provide exemplary support to both internal and external customers.
