Engage in upselling and cross-selling products to enhance the customer’s shopping experience. Maintain knowledge of store products, promotions, and policies to assist customers effectively. Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean and organized store environment. Perform retail math calculations as needed for transactions and inventory management. Support the grocery store operations by assisting in stocking shelves and maintaining product displays. Skills Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base. Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries via phone effectively. Familiarity with cash register operations and POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Experience in retail or grocery store settings is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to upsell products confidently while understanding customer needs.
