POSITION SUMMARY:
The Customer Service Representative verifies insurance and account information; updates account information as needed; counsels patients regarding account status and answers questions related to disputed balances; obtains information necessary to handle patientplaints.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; previous medical office registration/billing experience is required;puter knowledge; excellent people skills; must have excellent customer service skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
