We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representatives (English/Spanish) to join our growing team. In this role, you will conduct outbound calls to verify insurance status and promote healthcare services, ensuring a professional and helpful experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to verify active insurance coverage Persuade customers to utilize healthcare services using a provided script (“cheat sheet”) Accurately pronounce and understand medical terminology Communicate clearly and professionally with clients Maintain accurate records and documentation Meet performance metrics and adhere to call quality standards

Qualifications:

Must have: Strong customer service background (does not have to be call center-specific) Good English communication skills Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate systems while on calls Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule between stated hours Preferred but not required: Bilingual in English and Spanish Familiarity with healthcare or medical terminology Why Join Us?
