FRONT DESK SUPERVISOR OR GUEST SERVICES LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for answering each and every incoming phone call in a timely manner Responsible for ensuring and maintaining a maximum level of guest service and satisfaction Responsible for maintaining an acceptable call performance level Responsible for resolving minor conflicts, which relate to guests needs Responsible for transferring guests to appropriate departments and/or party Responsible for giving property directional information as requested Responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of the hotel reservation system Responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of property amenities, comp guidelines, promotions, special events, venue hours and prices, and entertainment schedules Responsible for quoting hotel room rates, while closely adhering to availability calendar and hotel restrictions Responsible for booking hotel reservations and player marketing events Responsible for processing hotel reservations for all hotel and casino guests, as well as input reservations submitted by marketing and other executives Responsible for completing reservations made through online booking sites Responsible for assisting guests with amenities, package sales, group bookings, transportation, and special events Responsible for maintaining guest accounts and information, while ensuring the utmost in confidentiality Responsible for properly communicating all policies to the guests Responsible for assisting the front desk and marketing, as well as any other department as needed Responsible for any other duties as assigned by supervisors on duty

CERTIFICATION/LICENSES

Must have•or be able to obtain•a Mississippi Gaming License

REQUIRED. EDUCATION OR SKILLS REQUIRED

High School Graduate or equivalent. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Computer experience with Windows, Word and Excel.
