Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with inquiries about insurance policies, claims, and coverage options. Provide accurate and timely information to help clients make informed decisions. Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude. Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn insurance software. Previous experience in customer service or insurance is a plus but not required.
