About the Position
The individual selected for this position will serves as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email. Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions. Command and display complete understanding of the Spirit and WIC Connect software, policies, and frequently asked questions as applicable to the Helpdesk for participant, clinical and or vendor related questions as trained. Have a thorough understanding of the OHIT ticking system. Provide accurate information on IT products or services. Escalates calls to a higher level of support within given time guidelines. Must have helpdesk/call center experience, excellent computer skills, must have the ability to perform desktop installation and provide remote technical troubleshooting. This is a Non-State, TIME-LIMITED (14) position.
What you’ll need to be Successful
To be successful, candidate must have well written and oral communication skills. Must also have intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Teams, and Zoom.
Preferred Qualifications
Typically requires High School Diploma or high school equivalency and relevant technical knowledge, an understanding of office automation and office systems operating environments and/or complex communication devices and 1-3 years of end user support experience. •

Agency Preferred:

Associate’s Degree and call center experience/helpdesk, relevant technical knowledge, an understanding of office automation and office systems operating environments and/or complex communication devices and one (1) to three (3) years of end user support experience.
