Express Employment is currently looking for a service writer to work in Laurel, MS! $15/hr Day Shift Weekly Pay Long Term Full Time Job Requirements Running diagnostic tests on vehicles. Analyzing diagnostic test results. Provide excellent customer service from intake to release of vehicle, and perform any additional follow-up. Advise the customer on the auto repairs that you recommend and offer a pricing quote. Provide updates to customers as their work in completed. Maintain customer records by keeping all files organized. Schedule appointments over the phone. Job Requirements Degree or diploma in mechanical or automotive engineering. Display leadership and ability to multitask in high-stress situations. Valid driver’s license. Aptitude for mathematics and science. Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Proficiency with maintenance and repair tools. Attention to detail. Good interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal communication skills. Good organizational skills.
