Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through phone, email, and/or chat.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and accurately Provide information about products, services, and policies Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors as necessary Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services Adhere to all call center policies and procedures
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate or bachelor’s degree (preferred) 1+ years of customer service or call center experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and call center software Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, if required
