The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to service completion. This role requires a blend of mechanical knowledge and exceptional customer service skills to effectively communicate with both customers and technicians. Responsibilities Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs. Document customer concerns and relay information accurately to the service team. Provide detailed explanations of services required, including mechanical repairs, tire services, and routine maintenance. Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service orders. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Transmit work orders and align schedules for efficient workflow within the service department. Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge with a background in automotive repair or service is preferred. Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is highly desirable. Familiarity with tire service operations is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members. Proven ability in upselling services while maintaining customer satisfaction. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
