Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients with a warm smile and great personality
- Answer and direct incoming calls; maintain clear communication with clients
- Schedule appointments and ensure timely follow-ups
- Assist with new client onboarding and account setup (Traditional, Roth, 529, etc.)
- Process investment check deposits and follow up on client forms
- Handle service requests, prepare forms, and communicate updates to clients
- Assist in resolving client issues and document in Client Relationship Manager (Redtail)
- Coordinate with Senior Client Support Specialist with complex tasks and client inquiries
- Plan and manage annual client events and assist with marketing efforts that include social media and website updates
- Participate in weekly team meetings and assist with review summaries. Qualifications
- Associate/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- FINRA Securities license is not required but considered a plus
- Life and Health insurance license is not required but considered a plus
- 2+ years of administrative experience preferred with the desire to learn
- Strong professionalism, confidentiality, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues and clients
- Excellent organizational and technology skills
- Experience with Microsoft software suite
- Ability to prioritize tasks and make sound decisions
- Successful completion of FBI fingerprinting and pre-employment drug screening. Expectations
