Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients with a warm smile and great personality
  • Answer and direct incoming calls; maintain clear communication with clients
  • Schedule appointments and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Assist with new client onboarding and account setup (Traditional, Roth, 529, etc.)
  • Process investment check deposits and follow up on client forms
  • Handle service requests, prepare forms, and communicate updates to clients
  • Assist in resolving client issues and document in Client Relationship Manager (Redtail)
  • Coordinate with Senior Client Support Specialist with complex tasks and client inquiries
  • Plan and manage annual client events and assist with marketing efforts that include social media and website updates
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and assist with review summaries. Qualifications
  • Associate/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • FINRA Securities license is not required but considered a plus
  • Life and Health insurance license is not required but considered a plus
  • 2+ years of administrative experience preferred with the desire to learn
  • Strong professionalism, confidentiality, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues and clients
  • Excellent organizational and technology skills
  • Experience with Microsoft software suite
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and make sound decisions
  • Successful completion of FBI fingerprinting and pre-employment drug screening. Expectations
