Main St, Tupelo, MS 38804 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, handling inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong math skill and corrugated packaging experience is a plus. Responsibilities Provide customers with great “first impression” experience, which is respectful, helpful, and knowledgeable. Address problems and situations with customers, sales team, scheduling, and production related to customer needs. Process orders and releases

  • confirm pricing and due dates in a timely manner, pull or locate cards, provide all information needed to spec writers for new items. Review quotes by entering in correct data, noting maximum/minimum quantities, consulting others if questions arise. Create new customer accounts in the system
  • obtain credit information if needed. Address damaged and returned products, past due orders, and hot orders
  • work with necessary people to fix issue. Work with email by responding quickly and professionally
  • print emails that need further work. Answer phone calls
  • communicate in a clear and accurate manner with professionalism. Monitor due dates
  • move them up when necessary and change paperwork appropriately. Assist in solving issues with drivers. Email as required to customers (KHL ATL) with items that will be delivered next day
  • change dock times if needed. Maintain an open line of communication with customers, sales, production, and management
  • provide information timely.

Notify customer with pick up information on orders shipping via truckline. Update the “Corrugated Bible” when new information is discovered or changes are needed. Filing and organization of office material such as account information, quotes, and cards. Maintain a “to do list” that includes hot orders, on hold PO’s, sales concerns, and other HOT items. Requires prolonged sitting. Requires prolonged computer and phone usage. All other duties as directed by management. Skills High School Diploma or Equivalent Communication skills including phone professionalism Basic math and computer skills Basic Microsoft Suite knowledge Join us in delivering outstanding service and support to our valued customers!
