Fields customer questions and complaints and schedules repairs as necessary; when the issue is beyond the technicians’ knowledge, forwards to other appropriate staff. Within the Biomedical Services department, incumbent assists with switch and voicemail monitoring and performance. Within the Facility Operations department, incumbent maintains the asset database and initiates/distributes/processes work orders. Collects and enters orders for new or additional products, services or supplies. Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions. Within the Biomedical Services department, incumbent focuses on preparing invoices and billing. Within the Facility Operations department, incumbent focuses on work orders. Performs other related duties as assigned. Adheres to

NMHS/NMMC

Policies/Procedures/Guidelines Complies with appropriate Local/State/Federal policies/procedures/guideline/regulations/laws/statues Job Knowledge High School Diploma, or the equivalent, required. A two-year degree is preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a related field is preferred. Individual must have above average skills in using a computer with word processing (50 wpm), presentation graphics, and spreadsheet application software. Excellent organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills; required Reasoning and problem-solving abilities; required Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; required Requirements No additional requirements from any stated in the above description.
