In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through their vehicle service and warranty needs while ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Your expertise in automotive services and strong communication skills will be essential in building relationships with customers and providing them with the best solutions for their vehicles. Duties Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive service needs. Provide clear explanations of warranty, services, repairs, and maintenance options available for vehicles. Create detailed service orders and ensure accurate documentation of customer requests. submit warranty claim to manufacture Communicate effectively with technicians regarding service requirements and updates with warranty and service work. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Maintain a clean and organized service area, promoting a welcoming environment for customers. Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and services to provide knowledgeable recommendations. Experience Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor/ WARRANTY CLERK or in a similar customer service role is preferred. Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair processes is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly to customers.
