Key Responsibilities:

Be the face of the service department, greeting customers with enthusiasm and a genuine smile Dive deep into customer needs, meticulously documenting service requirements and vehicle issues Deliver clear, detailed explanations of recommended services, repairs, and cost estimates to customers Coordinate seamlessly with our top-notch service technicians to ensure timely and precise completion of work orders Keep customers in the loop with real-time updates on their vehicle’s service status and any changes to timelines or costs Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, ensuring every interaction ends on a high note Stay ahead of the curve with up-to-date knowledge of powersports vehicles, parts, and industry best practices Efficiently process service orders, payments, and warranty claims, leaving no detail unchecked Promote additional services and products that enhance the overall powersports experience Maintain a pristine, organized service area and a welcoming waiting room

Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service or service advisor roles, especially within the powersports or automotive sectors An unquenchable passion for motorcycles, ATVs, and all things powersports Stellar communication and interpersonal skills that make every customer feel valued Razor-sharp attention to detail and organizational prowess Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a high-octane, fast-paced environment Proficiency with service management software and systems A customer-centric mindset, dedicated to delivering top-tier service
