Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative Mike’s Heating & A/C Service Carriere, MS 39426 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively managing inquiries to book jobs for technicians and providing solutions for inquiries and providing warehouse support. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. Duties Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding shipping, receiving, and transportation management. Assist customers with order tracking, freight details, and any issues related to their shipments. Provide warehouse support by ordering needed supplies and pulling orders for jobs Utilize software to manage customer accounts and update relevant information accurately. Coordinate with providers to ensure timely delivery of goods. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and support to customers. Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement of services. Requirements Previous experience in customer service preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
