In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and concerns. In addition, the appropriate candidate for this position shall have experience in graphic design. Knowledge of and the ability to use graphic software, including Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop is a must. If you have excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, both in-person and over the phone. Assist customers with inquiries, order placement, and order status updates. Provide accurate and detailed information about our products, services, and pricing. Address customer concerns, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. Receive and review customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Enter orders into the system accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely order fulfillment. Track and monitor order status, proactively providing updates to customers as necessary. Notify customers of any changes, delays, or issues affecting their orders. Help maintain an organized and clean production and front office area. Follow established quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards are met. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and related details. Prepare necessary documentation, such as invoices, receipts, and shipping labels. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders for supplies as needed. Provide general administrative support to the team, including filing, data entry, and organizing paperwork. Provide graphic design services as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a printing or related industry. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and production tasks. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using computers and ability to learn new software easily. Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software is required. Basic knowledge of sign and screen printing processes and materials is desirable but not required. Physical stamina to perform tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting boxes or materials weighing up to 35 pounds.
