Job Description

Summary of Duties•: •Account Services Representatives are responsible for answering phones and transferring to appropriate departments, advising customers of hours of operation, helping customers with checking account information, indemnity bonds, forgeries, collections drawn on our bank, printing NSF, PDP, and loan notices, sending ACH files, chargeback items, process incoming and outgoing wires, FEN-CEN report on wires, non-posted and stop payment items, loading REG CC holds, entering account maintenance, change of addresses, and other duties as assigned.

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Processing Chargebacks, NSF funds deposited into customer’s account.2. Must perform all transactions and duties within established policies and procedures.3. Ensure the security of processing incoming wires and outgoing wires.4. Printing NSF, PDP, and loan notices and sending/ receiving ACH file.5. Manually work daily Non-Post and Stop Pay items.6. Load REG CC holds into the system.7. Load Stop Pay items into the system.8. Collections- checks drawn on us.9. Completing Affidavit of Forgery, Unauthorized ACH and/or check items, Debit Card Disputes.10. FEN-CEN report on wire to verify legitimate people.11. Must provide optimum customer service, cross sell bank services, and refer customers to appropriate bank representatives as required.12. Answer all DDA account questions, balancing inquiries, hours of operation.13. Help customers with the iTalk automated phone system.14. Research of customer accounts.15. Assist customers with internet banking, PNB Pro mobile app, iPay bill payments, Remote Deposit and mRDC.16. Required to train other Account Services Representatives as needed.17. Required to complete all trainings, assist with implementing new products.18. Assist with garnishments, audits, daily incoming/outgoing mail for entire bank.19. Work potential fraud items with ACH, checks, debit card disputes and bill pay.20. Balance various GL and find outages, ensuring proper entries are made to correct.21. Responsible to charge off deposit accounts, send collections, and receive recoveries. 

Requirements:

1. High School Diploma; some college preferred2. Must be computer literate in Word, Excel, and Windows based operating systems.3. Must maintain the ability to perform multiple daily tasks and work under pressure with speed and accuracy.4. Must be available to work at least 40+ hours/ week.5. Must be able to work until 5:30pm or later.
