Full Job Description Overview:
Southeast Urogyn, a practice partner of Together Women’s Health (TWH) , an industry leading network of medical providers in the women’s health field, is adding a Call Center Representative to their team. This role is the first point of contact between patients and providers.
Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming calls while always providing outstanding customer service. Answer patient questions and provide information regarding office hours, procedures, and directions. Schedule appointments and provide follow-up calls.
Qualifications:
Strong commitment to providing excellent patient care and support. Manage multiple calls and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with call center software, EHR (Athena preferred) and basic computer skills. Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare procedures.
