Responsibilities:

Provide the best customer service in the industry to our visitors Act as customer’s main point of contact Work closely with the parts and service personnel to coordinate parts, labor, and sublet of needed repairs Deliver service-related needs to customers in a timely manner Open work orders Prepare for closing of retail and warranty jobs Collaborate with a great team Assist in the day-to-day operations with Parts and/or Service Exhibit a high level of commitment and professionalism to customer satisfaction Two years of experience in Parts and/or Service support role at an Automotive, Equipment or Heavy Truck Dealership. Retail experience is preferred. Understanding the terminology of the truck business and keeping abreast of changes in product technology, incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc. is a plus. Valid Driver’s License; clean MVR Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and other web-based programs Must be detail oriented, organized, and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment Willingness to invest time to master every step of our business process Able to work well within a team environment Good time management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills Ability to build strong customer relationships
