Casino Services Representative Riverwalk Casino and Hotel of Vicksburg Vicksburg, MS 39180 Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to: Greet customers and provide excellent guest service Provides even exchanges of cash and exchanges of receipts for cash Balances funds and assets at the end of work shift Informs supervisor of guest needs, which may require special accommodations Follows proper check-in and check-out procedures at the beginning and end of each shift Informs supervisor when additional coin or currency is needed Responsible for reading and understanding all state and company policies, procedures, and IC’s, including but not limited to, Title-31 and self- exclusion regulations Attends all mandatory training classes Maintains the utmost integrity and dignity for self and others at all times Other duties as assigned Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
