As an in-office dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations for our business. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing customer communications, and performing essential office tasks. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
Answer customer calls, address inquiries, and assist with scheduling service appointments.

Appointment Scheduling:
Coordinate and manage technicians’ schedules to ensure efficient service delivery.

Routing:
Route appointments to the appropriate technician based on location and job requirements.

Office Duties:
- Receive and sort incoming packages
- Check in and label parts
- Maintain an organized inventory of supplies
- Perform general office administrative tasks as needed

Warranty Management:
Add warranty jobs received to the system,
- Update statuses for the warranty companies, and schedule with warranty customers when needed.

Record Keeping:
Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service appointments, and technician schedules.

Team Collaboration:
Work closely with technicians to ensure timely and efficient job completion.
