Camp Bow Wow Front Desk Brand Ambassador Job Purpose:
Instills premier customer satisfaction by providing a safe, clean, and fun environment for the staff and the dogs while promoting growth of the business.
Camp Bow Wow Front Desk Job Duties:
Providing premier customer service Managing customer accounts Multi-tasking including data entry, processing payments (both in terminal and manual) and next day prep work Checking In/Out dogs as they come to camp (Walking/handling dogs, going up and down stairs multiple times a day) Upselling auxiliary services such as grooming and enrichments Scheduling reservations for daycare & boarding Onboarding new customers by explaining the Camper Interview process to pet parents. Answering phones, responding to e-mail inquiries, and following up on potential leads Educating pet parents on the benefits of daycare and socialization for their dog(s) Hosting tours for customers interested in learning more about our services Lifting heavy items such as food bags and dog beds Sweep, mop, and deep clean all lobby surfaces Able to work on your feet in an extremely fast paced work environment Build a company culture around “Making Dogs Happy”

Skills/Qualifications:
High school degree or equivalent work experience; Vet office experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment with a high sense of urgency Ability to go up and down stairs multiple times a day Ability to build client relationships Passionate about great customer service and high-quality pet care Sales Goal oriented Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills Demonstrate experience in Decision Making Must possess ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization Working knowledge of basic web-based software and computer skills Extremely organized with high attention to detail You must have your own reliable transportation Availability Must be a punctual candidate with flexible or open availability, including WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS, as we are open for business 365 days a year.
Advancement Opportunities:
Front Desk is a lead position, but there are possibilities to be promoted within (ex: Shift Lead, Assistant Manager). Paid Time Off (PTO) for full time employees (34-40 hours) after the one-year anniversary of employment. Holiday Bonuses. Incentive Bonuses.
