Job Description
A software firm in Asheville is looking to hire their next customer service representative to start ASAP. As the primarily point of contact to all customers and potential customers calling the business, you’ll answer a multi-line phone system with professionalism and positive energy. This position requires ongoing phone customer support to customers that use this company’s product. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Answer approximately 75-100 phone calls a day. Determine the reason for calling and provide first line problem solving. If complicated, route call to the appropriate person. Work in company data base to document calls and find information about customer accounts. Take payments General office support Schedule is Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm. $18/hr to start. The selected candidate will have previous customer service experience, solid MS Word and Excel skills, and knowledge of a multi-line phone system.
