Customer Service Representative Location:
Asheville, NC Pay:
$19/hr
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00
PM Type:
Full-Time A locally owned and family-operated company with over 20 years of service in the community is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support their growing office. This is a full-time opportunity to join a close-knit, fast-paced team that values attention to detail, professionalism, and excellent service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Receive and respond to digital service requests as they come in Schedule appointments and input information into internal systems accurately Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments Provide exceptional communication to both internal teams and customers Manage and process detailed paperwork and maintain accurate records Support office operations across multiple departments
