Customer Service Representative (Entry-Level)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and their sales representatives, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate information about production, services, and company policies Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency Maintain customer records and update account information in JDE Escalate complex issues to management as needed Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved Support the team in meeting performance goals
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree a plus) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure A positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred Qualifications (Not Required): Previous customer service or call center experience Knowledge with software
