Position Summary:

•We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This person will be the front line of communication with our customers—managing inquiries, orders, and service needs with professionalism and a focus on building long-term relationships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. Key Responsibilities:

•Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our ERP system. Provide timely and accurate information regarding order status, pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules. Coordinate with production, shipping, and sales teams to ensure customer needs are met. Proactively communicate any delays or issues and work with internal teams to resolve them. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Support the Project Manager and Sales Manager with quotes and customer follow-up as needed. Represent the values of Ketchie Inc. by acting with integrity and treating every customer’s business like it’s your own. •

Qualifications:

•Willingness to learn and grow with the company 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is a plus. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
