Role:

We are seeking a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone, email, chat, and in-person (if applicable). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and committed to delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.) Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Document interactions and track customer concerns using internal systems Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred) Proven experience in a customer service role (1+ years preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult customers with professionalism Proficient with computers and customer service software (e.g., CRM systems) Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
