Website World Racing Group Summary:
This position supports the production of DIRTVision broadcasts by assisting subscribers with questions/issues through the Helpdesk. The DIRTVision Helpdesk Assistant will work with the Platform Specialist to deliver positive subscriber experiences by timely engagement with submitted helpdesk tickets, polite and informative interaction with subscribers, with a focus on issue solutions.
Responsibilities:
Customer engagement through CRM. Assisting subscribers with issues, offering solutions, and escalating complex problems to the Platform Specialist. Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to the DIRTVision product and subscriber access to the product. Effectively communicating with subscribers, explaining technical concepts in an understandable manner, and documenting interactions.
Required Skills:
Understanding of streaming platforms and related technical concepts. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with users and explain technical information clearly. A customer-centric approach with patience and a focus on user satisfaction. Knowledge of Hubspot, a plus.
