• Job Overview:

• As a Cashier/Customer Service Representative at Donut Life, you’ll be the face of our store, interacting with customers, processing transactions, and ensuring every guest has a positive experience. You will be responsible for assisting with orders, providing friendly service, and helping maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.

• Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Process cash, credit, and mobile payments quickly and accurately
• Assist customers with menu selections and answer any questions about our products
• Ensure the store is clean and organized at all times
• Prepare and package donuts for takeout orders
• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during busy periods
• Handle customer concerns or complaints with a positive, solution-focused attitude
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and store policies
• Assist with stocking and replenishing inventory as needed

• Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
