CSR – Customer Service Representative Foothills Staffing 915 Tate Boulevard SE, Hickory, NC

• Process special orders, employee purchase, cover checks, photo samples, etc.
• Maintain the clerical functions of the swatch program.
• Produce the weekly Wag report.
• Assist Customer Service/Materials Manager with essential functions as needed.
• Assist management and other office personnel with computer-software related projects.
• Any other essential function that may occur from time to time as directed by Supervisor.
• Responsible for data entry for all outside sales and special orders.
