Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service in person, via phone, and email Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and orders professionally Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Word and Excel Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs Support administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
