Job Description
Guest Service Representative 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 2250 US Highway 70 SE, Hickory, NC 28602 Hotel is open 365 days a year and 24 hours a day…..we do not close. We will need mostly weekends. 4-5 days a week. We need someone that is flexible to work any shift needed. We need someone that is customer service oriented, a fast learner, eager to work, and dedicated. Your duties would be to work hands on with the hotel guests, checking them in, answering calls, cleaning, stocking, and many more tasks pertaining to the guests stay. You do not need experience but it would be welcomed. Must be training-able and coach-able. We are only looking for outgoing and hard working people to apply.
