Exhibit excellent phone etiquette , maintaining professionalism during all communications. Utilize computer systems effectively to manage client information and service requests. Requirements Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong skills in computerise systems for data management and communication. Ability to analyze information quickly and make informed decisions based on client needs. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on providing high-quality service.
