Pay Range:

$15.00 – $18.00 hourly

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm What you get to do each day: Coordinate a team of service technicians operating in Winston Salem, Greensboro, and surrounding areas. Use your expertise to increase efficiency Work with a team to deliver exceptional customer service Ensure high efficiency and operational excellence Work with a team to deliver results daily and grow What you need to have: Intermediate Computer Skills Experience using Microsoft Office Suite Exceptional Organizational Skills Customer Service and/or Dispatching Experience Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written Understand and show empathy for customers’ urgent HVAC needs Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Experience:

2 years of Dispatching (preferred) 2 years of Customer Service Previous experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical services, or construction is a plus We are looking for an outgoing and well-spoken candidate to join the Webb family of professional service providers.
